Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Art2Go. By using our service, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Art2Go is operated by Gabriela Ibañez (sole proprietor), Argentina.

1. Service Description

Art2Go is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate optimized images in different formats (stickers, patterns, and merchandising) from text descriptions provided by the user.

Images are generated automatically through artificial intelligence models, so results may vary and a specific or exact result is not guaranteed.

Art2Go uses third-party services for image generation and service processing, including OpenAI technology and other specialized providers. These services may be updated or modified without prior notice.

2. Plans and Billing

Free Plan:

  • 1 total generation per account to try the service
  • You can choose 1 format from: Sticker, Merch, or Pattern

Creator Plan ($9/month):

  • Up to 20 generations per month
  • Access to all formats: Stickers, Merch, and Patterns
  • Automatic monthly billing
  • Unused generations do not accumulate to the next month

Pro Plan ($15/month):

  • Unlimited generations under fair use policy
  • Access to all formats: Stickers, Merch, and Patterns
  • Priority in image generation
  • Automatic monthly billing

General conditions for paid plans:

  • Cancellation at any time. The plan remains active until the end of the billed period
  • A fair use policy applies. Art2Go reserves the right to limit or suspend access in cases of abusive or fraudulent use

3. Acceptable Use

By using Art2Go, you agree NOT to:

  • Generate illegal, defamatory, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights, among others
  • Generate content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or third-party intellectual property
  • Use the service for spam, phishing, or malicious activities
  • Attempt to circumvent plan limitations (use of multiple accounts, unauthorized automations, etc.)
  • Share your account with third parties
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to access the internal workings of the service

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in temporary or permanent account suspension or cancellation, without right to refund.

4. Intellectual Property

Your images:
You retain usage rights over the images you generate with Art2Go. You can use them freely for personal or commercial purposes, provided their use complies with current legislation and does not infringe third-party rights.

Art2Go does not claim ownership over images generated by users. However, exclusivity or absolute originality of results is not guaranteed, as the service uses artificial intelligence technology.

Our platform:
Art2Go, its software, code, design, interface, and brand are exclusive property of Art2Go and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Copying, modifying, or reusing these elements without express authorization is not permitted.

Art2Go is not responsible for how users use the generated images or for possible conflicts arising from their use.

5. Service Limitations

  • The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that the service will be available uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Art2Go reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any of its functionalities, in whole or in part, at any time.
  • The quality and results of generated images depend on the artificial intelligence technology used and may vary between generations.
  • Results are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations, commercial requirements, or particular outcomes.
  • Art2Go will not be responsible for economic losses, indirect damages, loss of profits, or inconveniences arising from the use of the service.

6. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions already processed, unless applicable legislation provides otherwise.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, during which you will maintain access to the service.

7. Suspension and Termination

Art2Go reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account, at its sole discretion, if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or abuse the service.

You can cancel your account at any time from your profile settings.

In case of suspension or cancellation due to non-compliance with these terms, remaining generations will not be refunded.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
