At Art2Go, we value your satisfaction and want you to be fully informed about our refund policy for our AI-powered image generation service. Payments are processed through our payment provider, and refunds are issued to the original payment method.
1. 14-Day Refund Right
Art2Go offers a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase.
Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction, for any reason, provided the service has not been used in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. This applies regardless of usage, credits consumed, or content generated.
2. Refunds After the 14-Day Period
After the initial 14-day refund period has expired, refunds are generally not provided, except in the following cases:
- Billing error: If you were charged incorrectly (double charge, wrong amount, etc.)
- Technical failure: If the system could not generate images due to an error on our platform and service was not delivered
- Unauthorized charges or renewals (subject to verification)
Requests outside the 14-day period are evaluated individually and are not guaranteed.

4. Processing Time
